Brilliant Club (February 2017)
A group of children from Year 5 have been working all throughout the Autumn term with a PHD tutor. They explored literature by delving “Into the forest” and analysing settings and how they influence writing.

Citizenship Weeks (January 2017)
During our annual Citizenship Weeks we looked at British values and Gospel values. This year, the theme was A Better World- something small can make a difference.

Feast of St Francis (October 2016)
On the 4th October we celebrated the feast of our patron saint Francis. Then on the 5th October like true Franciscans we enjoyed spending times with the animals from Ark Farm just as St Francis would.

Bishop Alan Visits St Francis' (June 2016)

Royal Maths Market Week (June 2016)
Our second annual Maths Market Week was a royal affair. In honour of the Queen's 90th birthday we had a royal theme.

Chess Champs (December 2015)
On Thursday 10th December 2015 twenty children from our year 2 and 3 classes attended the London Chess Class in Kensington, Central London

97th Anniversary of the Armistice (November 2015)
The school council representatives, head boy and head girl attended a memorial service.

Maths Market Week (June 2015)
During Maths Market Week, the children had the opportunity to be young entrepreneurs by developing a business plan for a product/service they wanted to sell

Year 1 Easter performance (March 2015)
The fantastically talented children in year 1 treated us to a moving play to remind us of the Passions of Christ.
